1. How long before my order ships?
   Our current processing and shipping time is 2 weeks (14 days)
   
   
2. I live outside of the US. Do you offer international shipping?
   Not at this time, though we are working on it.
   We are a small business and are not able to pay all of the customs and
   fees that may be associated with shipping to your country. Please be
   aware that you are responsible for any customs and fees incurred in
   receipt of your item. 
   
   
3. The processing time has come and gone but my order still has not shipped. What should I do?
   Please email as at hello@trollkith.com with your order number so that we can
   look into what may have caused this delay. Also, please keep an eye on
   the email address you entered with your order for important updates on
   shipping times, especially if something is outside of our control (like inclement weather). 
   
   
4. My package says it was delivered, but I have not received it. 
   Please contact USPS with the tracking number you were provided and open a claim, then contact us at hello@trollkith.com to discuss options.
   
   
5. I received the wrong item. What should I do?
   Please email us at hello@trollkith.com with your order number and pictures of the item(s) you received to discuss options.
   
   
6. I put the wrong address or email on my order. What do I do?
   Please email us at hello@trollkith.com with your order number so that we can update the order with the correct information within five days of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if we were never contacted. 

Plant Based Ingredients:

We shop from a variety of local and online apothecaries. We do our best
to buy from companies that are dedicated to ethical sourcing practices.
We grow some of our ingredients when we are able to, and wild harvest
others.

Animal Based Ingredients:

Our products are not vegan. We often make use of bones, animal fur, insects and insect parts, etc. in the production of our products and work. We source our materials from places that claim ethical practices, from thrift stores,
and previously deceased animals that we may find. We have not and will
never harm an animal specifically for our work or products.

Allergies:
Our products are made in a smoke-free, pet friendly, home. We cannot prevent cross contamination with the following: animal fur, eggs, nuts, tree nuts, sesame. Even if a product does not contain these ingredients, it may have been prepared in an areas that have been exposed to them. 

Our ritual goods contain dried or fresh organic materials such as herbs and resins and do not contain any artificial dyes or fragrances.

Art dolls are painted with acrylics and may have cured UV resin. Please notify us if you have an allergy to any art/craft material.

We recommend that you do a patch test any product meant to be in contact with the skin prior to use, and contact us at hello@trollkith.com if you have any questions. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their allergies and to reach out to Troll Kith prior to purchase.

Our products are not intended to be ingested. They are not intended to be "bath and body" products unless specified.

1. Cures and Treatments
   Our products are based in folk magic and as such are not FDA approved as cures, restorations, or treatments for any ailment, injury, or illness. We do not make any claim to cure or treat any ailment, injury, or illness. 
   
   
2. Spellwork, divination, and related services
   Please follow all of the instructions that you are provided in conjunction with your purchase. 
   
   Troll Kith does not offer refunds on spellwork or spiritual consultations
   unless these services could not be completed. If you change your mind
   about a spell, sigil, enchantment, etc. please contact us at hello@trollkith.com as soon as possible. The fee that you paid can be turned into shop credit, or applied towards a different service. 
   
   All spellwork and spiritual services offered on this website are strictly
   for entertainment and/or educational purposes only. You understand that
   Troll Kith does not guarantee nor promise the effectiveness, outcome,
   accuracy, or success rate of any services purchased. Troll Kith is not
   responsible for and is free of all liability for anything that happens
   or does not happen as a result of any service purchased. You understand
   that we are not liable for the misuse of services or products purchased
   from us and that we do not guarantee that they will work magically or as
   desired.
   
   By purchasing spellwork/spiritual services from Troll Kith you do so at your own risk and release Troll Kith from any liability for what happens or does not happen and you understand and agree to our no refunds policy regardless of the outcome of the work performed on your behalf. 
   
   By purchasing our services you understand that these services do not take the place of the care of advise provided by licensed professionals. These services do not take the place of a medical doctor, a mental health professional, a financial advisor, a lawyer, etc. 
   
   By purchasing spellwork, divination, or other spiritual services you understand that these services are provided to you for entertainment or educational purposes only. 

Refunds, returns, and replacements are not available for spellwork, divination, or spiritual services.

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please email us
at trollkith@gmail.com with your order number and pictures and we will
send a replacement if it fits the following criteria:

1. The damage was due to our packaging. Example: A broken jar or broken cap. Your claim must include pictures of the damage.
2. The product that you ordered is missing from the order, or is incorrect. 
3. Product was sent to the wrong address and Troll Kith had been alerted within five days of your order being placed.

Refunds and replacements will not be sent if damages are due to USPS
handling, or recipient handling. Other refunds may be considered on a
case by case basis. Please email hello@trollkith.com with your order
number and images of the product.
